Kwota dla jednorazowego odszkodowania ze względu na stały lub długotrwały uszczerbek na zdrowiu spowodowany rolniczą chorobą zawodową lub wypadkiem przy pracy rolniczej podwyższona została do 650 zł za każdy procent w/w uszczerbku na zdrowiu.

650 zł – za każdy procent uszczerbku na zdrowiu stałego lub długotrwałego przy zwiększeniu się tego uszczerbku nie mniej niż o 10 pkt. procentowych
13.000 zł – niezdolność do samodzielnej egzystencji (z orzeczeniem) na skutek rolniczej choroby zawodowej lub wypadku przy pracy rolniczej
65.000 zł – obejmuje wypadek śmiertelny, gdzie uprawniony do odszkodowania jest jeden z małżonków lub dziecko. Zwiększone zostaje o kwotę 13.000 zł w momencie, gdy do odszkodowania uprawniony zostaje małżonek i dziecko lub dzieci (tzw. na drugiego i każdego uprawnionego)
32.500 zł – dotyczy wypadku śmiertelnego, gdy do odszkodowania uprawnione są wyłącznie osoby nie będące małżonkiem lub dzieckiem zmarłego. Odszkodowanie zwiększone zostaje o 13.000 zł dla każdego i kolejnego upoważnionego
13.000 zł – dotyczy wypadku śmiertelnego, gdy uprawnieni do odszkodowania są małżonkowie, dzieci wraz z innymi członkami rodziny
Niezbędne dla ustalenia wysokości jednorazowego odszkodowania jest prawomocne orzeczenie lekarza rzeczoznawcy lub komisji lekarskiej Kasy. Orzeczenie te jest ostateczne i nie przysługuje od niego odwołanie!
